Pantnagar airport is the nearest airport, which is located about 94kms from Mukteshwar. Taxis are easily available from the airport to Mukteshwar. Pantnagar is connected to Delhi with four round trips ight per week. Pant Nagar Airport is well connected by metalled road with Mukteshwar.

By Train:

Kathgodam Railway station is the nearest railhead to Mukteshwar situated at a distance of 62kms. Kathgodam is well connected by major cities of India like Lucknow, Kolkata, Delhi, etc. There are two trains that run daily between Delhi to Kathgodam and vice-versa. Trains are frequent to Kathgodam as it is the gateway of Kumaon region. Taxis and buses are easily available from Kathgodam to Mukteshwar.

By Bus:

Mukteshwar is well connected by motorable roads with major destinations of Kumaon and cities of northern India. Buses are easily available from ISBT Anand Vihar to Haldwani, Nainital, Almora and Mukteshwar. Taxis are also available from major cities of Kumaon region and Garhwal region to Mukteshwar. Many private bus service providers operate luxury buses between Delhi to Kathgodam and Nainital from where you can easily get a taxi to Mukteshwar

TERMS & Conditions for Reservation of TRH

100% advance should be deposited against advance reservation.
The Management reserves the right to change the tariff at any time without prior notice.
The Nigam shall not be held responsible for any loss/ delay/ cancellation due to natural calamity and unforeseen circumstance beyond the control of the Nigam.
If a guest, instead of checking in at the reserved place reached else where and request for adjustment of the amount, it shall not be entertained.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Kindly bring the Booking Receipt and an ID proof along with you during your visit to the destination. Without the same your booking at the tourist rest house will not be entertained.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Rules applicable from Check-In Date

15 days or more (from Check-in-Date) 90% refund of the booking amount.
10 to 14 days (from Check-in-Date) 75% refund of booking amount.
5 to 9 days (from Check-in-Date) 50% refund of booking amount.
Less than 5 days (from Check-in-Date) no refund of booking amount.
2.25% bank commission will be deducted from the refundable amount

EXTRA PERSON CHARGES

Extra Person will be charged above 5 Years @ 20% of the room rent.
On availing Extra Bed, the charges of Rs.200/- per Bed/ per day will be additional subjected to availability.
