The Kasar Devi temple, on the other hand, is dedicated to a local goddess Kasar Devi. You can also visit zero point, Almora andKathgodam during your trip to Binsar.

Pantnagar airport is the nearest airport to Binsar, located around 152 kms away. Taxis are easily available from the airport to Binsar. Pantnagar is connected to Delhi with regular flights. Pant Nagar Airport is well connected by motorable roads with Mukteshwar.
Kathgodam Railway station is the nearest railhead to Binsar situated at a distance of 119 kms. Kathgodam is well connected by major cities of India like Lucknow, Kolkata, Delhi, etc. There are two trains that run daily between Delhi to Kathgodam and vice-versa. Trains are frequent to Kathgodam as it is the gateway of Kumaon region. Taxis and buses are easily available from Kathgodam to Binsar.
Binsar is well connected by motorable roads with major destinations of Kumaon and cities of northern India. Buses are easily available from ISBT Anand Vihar to Haldwani, Nainital, and Almora. Taxis are also available from major cities of Kumaon region and Garhwal region to Binsar. If you are entering Binsar by your own can then you will have to pay Rs. 50 as an entry ticket. The roads of Kumaon are smooth and well mettled.
